Concerns

We take great care to ensure our clients are provided with all relevant information and that you are clear on the outcomes prior to treatment. In the unlikely event that you have a concern or are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us directly and in the first instance to discuss this with us.

If you are unhappy with the resolution provided by About Aesthetics, you are able to raise your concern by:-

  • making a complaint with the health complaint entity in the state or territory where the procedure was performed

  • making a complaint to Ahpra, the Health Care Complaints Commission or the Medical Council of NSW (in NSW) or the Office of the Health Ombudsman (in Queensland).

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

In the event of an NDA having been signed, clients are still able to make a complaint to Ahpra, the Health Care Complaints Commission or the Medical Council of NSW (in NSW) or the Office of the Health Ombudsman (in Queensland).
